  Our billing office is in Denver.  The phone number is 1-888-535-6645.  Please do not hesitate to call them if you have any questions regarding your bill.  They can provide you with estimates of the bill if you wish.  We do accept Medicare assignment.  You will receive two bills: one from the physician group "Centennial Radiation Oncology" and one from the radiation center "Poudre Valley Radiation Oncology."  We will file your claim with your insurance.
